South African sibling duo Mikayla Joy Brown and Jesse Brown co-direct this heartwarming feature debut, a quirky detective story that skilfully tackles childhood grief.


Claire Abrahams, a self-appointed neighbourhood detective in Cape Town, runs a lost and found service where she locates anything and everything that has been misplaced. When Optel, the community dog, disappears, Claire goes in search of it. But his absence leads her down unexpected paths, even uncovering clues to her missing brother.
